Tori Kappo KICHO

We are the specialist of Tori (chicken).

We mainly use Jidori (free-range) chicken raised with special care at our contracted poultry farms in Kagoshima Prefectures in Japan.

The aroma of the charcoal cooking, the degree of grilling and the exquisite texture that can only be achieved by using fresh chicken. Kicho's speciality is rich variety of ingredients, including rare and valuable chicken parts.

Our strong relationship with Japanese sake breweries allows us to enjoy the marriage of exclusive Japanese alcoholic beverages that are only available here in Hong Kong.

Wagyu-focused Japanese restaurant provides a contemporary spin on kaiseki meals by heavily featuring premium A4-grade Odagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture. Grab a seat by the counter, which surrounds the restaurant’s open kitchen and allows customers to catch chef Takayama san in action as he meticulously prepares each dish. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of dishes in Wagyu Kappo Oda’s lunch and dinner omakase or sukiyaki sets.
